At the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2023 held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 1-4 May, The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) showcased their ‘Visit Thailand Year 2023: Amazing New Chapters’ campaign. This is TAT’s 23rd time participating in ATM and they presented a sustainable tourism concept that reflects Thai cultural values to encourage meaningful travel experiences and promote Thailand as a world-class destination. The Thailand Stand at the exhibition featured 46 sellers including 32 hotels, 10 travel agencies, three attractions, and one tourism platform who engaged in B2B appointments with buyers from the Middle East. The TAT information counter at the Thailand Stand provided e-brochures and videos under the ‘Amazing New Chapters’ concept, highlighting both existing and new tourism experiences in emerging secondary destinations and tourism communities throughout Thailand. Additionally, the Stand hosted various activities such as DIY workshops on making Thai potpourri and painting on Saa paper hand fans, and contemporary dances.
