Krabi Naga Fest 2018 highlights the Beach of Love Song

Bangkok, 21 January, 2018 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) together with the Krabi private and public sector will hold the 4th Krabi Naga Fest from 23 to 25 February, 2018, on beautiful Khlong Muang Beach, one of the province’s most enchanting seaside spots.

Under the theme of ‘The Beach of Love Song’, the event’s three-day programme offers festival goers an exciting array of cultural and musical activities to enjoy in the relaxing, picturesque and romantic surroundings of Khlong Muang Beach in Mueang Krabi District.

Miss Yupa Panrod, TAT Executive Director of Events Department, said: “This popular annual event showcases Krabi’s appeal as a destination that offers nature and beaches, culture and unique local ways of life. These, of course, are some of the key elements of our new communication concept ‘Open to the New Shades’ that encourages visitors to experience ‘Amazing Thailand’ in new and different ways.”

The programme for the Krabi Naga Fest 2018 promises plenty of fun. It includes performances by well-known pop-jazz musicians and singers, cultural shows, street shows, Yoga classes for good health, a local products fair and local communities market, a run-walk to the summit of nearby Mount Ngon Nak (Dragon Crest Mountain) and a Khlong Muang Beach CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) clean-up activity.

Fresh seafood and other delicious cuisine will be available throughout the event, from the area’s four- and five-star hotels and resorts.
